My event photography in Tulsa for small private gatherings, celebrations, and branding sessions are handled with the same full-service, detail-oriented approach as every portrait session. Every event begins with a design consultation where we will discuss your vision, timeline, and what matters most to capture. During the event itself, expect a mix of candid, in-the-moment images as well as posed portraits and detail shots to capture the excitement of the event. Past events have included private ceremonies and celebrations, school fundraisers, rehearsal dinners, surprise proposals and bridal luncheons as well as branding sessions for local businesses, each approached with the same eye for genuine moments and beautiful light.

Following your event, you'll receive a curated gallery of your images, ready to relive the day exactly as it felt. I serve events throughout Tulsa, Jenks, Bixby, Broken Arrow, Owasso, and the surrounding Northeastern Oklahoma area.

How is event photography priced?

Event photography begins at $500 per hour for a weekday. Saturday and Sunday have an additional $100 weekend fee. Reach out with your event details for a more specific quote.

How far in advance should I book event coverage?

I recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date, especially for larger celebrations or peak-season events (in the Fall), to make sure your date is available.

Do you photograph events outside of Tulsa?

Yes — I serve Tulsa, Jenks, Bixby, Broken Arrow, Owasso, and the greater Northeastern Oklahoma area.

How many images will we receive from our event?

Image counts vary based on event length and coverage hours — this is something we'll discuss during your inquiry.

Can you photograph both the event and formal portraits during the same coverage?

Yes — many events include a mix of candid coverage and posed portraits (such as family or milestone portraits at a celebration). We'll plan this together during your design consultation.
