Step 1: Inquiry: Getting to Know You & Prep Guide
Send me an inquiry below and I will be in touch asap for a quick get to know you and let you know how I can best serve you. We'll find a family photo session date that works for your family's schedule and from there, the planning is mine to handle — you won't be left guessing what happens next or chasing down details on your own.
After our call, you'll receive a digital prep guide including location ideas, session-day tips, what to expect, and general outfit guidance. It's there so you can reference it anytime leading up to your family photos.
Step 2: Your Design Consultation Call
Before your session, we'll hop on a quick call to talk through the details that matter most: your vision for the session, your family's style and wardrobe direction, and the right Tulsa location for the look you're going for. This is where I take your family's personality and turn it into a plan so everything is ready to go on session day.
Step 3: Session Day
This is the fun part. Whether your kids are little and need some playful energy to get genuine smiles, or you're hoping for a mix of posed and candid family portraits, I'm there to guide you so it feels natural rather than stiff. My style is bright and airy, and my priority is capturing real connection — not just an "everyone look and smile" moment.
Step 4: Your Reveal Session
My favorite part- the reveal! We will meet via Zoom or in-person about two weeks following your session to view your beautifully edited gallery. At that time you will choose your favorite images and we will discuss how you want to enjoy your images whether that is through an album, wall art, digitals and more.
